We cast high-strength grades across the 2000 series (2024, 2014, 2017), 5000 series (5083, 5059, 5754) and 7000 series (7075, 7020, 7005) — for defence, aerospace, marine and demanding structural applications.
The 5000 and 7000 series grades we cast are widely used in armour support structures, naval and vehicle applications. Final ballistic qualification and certification of the finished component sit with the end producer.
Yes. Chemistry and temper can be produced to your specification or drawing, with tight-tolerance control across the 2000, 5000 and 7000 series.
Billets are cast in 152 mm (6″), 178 mm (7″) and 254 mm (10″) diameters, in lengths up to 6,500 mm.
